Deposit policy:

A deposit is required at time of booking.

Cancellations:

For bookings that are cancelled within seven days of the arranged arrival date or not cancelled at all the guest will forfit the first two night accommodation or for example if a booking is made for five nights (i.e. a cricket match ) and the booking is shortened at least 48 hours notice must be given or forfeit the balance.
