Drive south along the Wellington Urban Motorway.

Follow the motorway 7.1km then continue on Vivian Street.

Drive 1km then turn right on to Kent Terrace.

Drive 270m then turn slight left at Ellice Street (do not go around The Basin Reserve).

Take the second left on to Brougham Street. Richmond Guest House is 200m on your left.
